Reese is a lights out shooter. Her ability to shoot it deep beyond the arc separates herself from the average player. Although that is her specialty, her shooting gift creates easier driving lanes where she isn’t afraid to take it strong to the basket. Defensively, she anticipates passing lanes so well and is a scrappy defender that finds a way to get her hands on everything. If her opponent isn’t a good decision maker or strong with the ball, she will capitalize on their lack of.

Reese is a tremendous shooter.  She understands the game very well and that allows her to use her shooting ability in its most effective way.  She can defend bigger wings with her strength and toughness, and is a really tenacious rebounder, especially on the offensive end.  Reese is also coachable and a great teammate, also one of her best traits is she doesn’t back down from a challenge.

I had the privilege of coaching Reese Hausmann during the 2024 AAU season. I found her to be very coachable and she demonstrated that she is an excellent teammate. I am excited for her college career! 


She quickly became a go-to player, with her teammates looking to her for crucial buckets. She is a strong 5'10 wing, with a quick first step and explosiveness in getting downhill and finishing. Reese combines that with a knack for knocking down the three. She also defends both inside and perimeter players and has the ability to be a top rebounder with her frame, athleticism and intensity.

Reese is an outstanding teammate and leader.  Reese is a solid 3-point shooter and has a quick release.  Can set her feet quickly and get a 3 off in transition or in the half court.  Reese has a high basketball IQ and will make offensive cuts at the right time to the right spot.  Reese is very coachable and willing to grow as a player.  Reese pushes herself to become the best player she can possibly become.
